Even tho you arent throwing up, I would call your doctor and check on what he wants you to do, if anything. You're right, weight loss in early pregnancy is very common, tho I can't remember how much of a loss is allowed. When you talk to your doc, ask him / her about Ensure. Maybe that would help.
