Immmunity against MMR is really important. During my 1st pg, I found out that even tho I had gotten the vaccine a lot of years prior to that, it was a bad batch and I was NOT immune. Man was I scared. And of course, you can't have the immunization while pg, so I delivered.. then got it. As far as further immunizations go, your doc will go over that with you when you see her/him.
