If I remember correctly, it is normal for the babys heart rate, as well as yours to increase, then return to normal levels. If you are concerned, please call your OB or make a trip to labor and delivery. Is this your first time on terb? Did docs tell you anything about the side effects or things to watch for? It is like "speed" so will do this every now and then. At one point during my pregnancy and I was in for a check-up, my pulse was 140 and the nurse about freaked! Best wishes.
