You should make an appointment with your doctor to discuss getting pregnant -- your doctor can review your health, habits that could be harmful to the baby, vaccinations you might need. YOur boyfriend should make sure he is as healthy as possible -- if he is going to bring a child into the world, he needs to make sure he takes care of himself so he'll be around to raise the child.

You should also review things like insurance coverage. If you are not married, his insurance may not cover your pregnancy.
