6 weeks pregnant, HCG at 275 and not doubling

January 28: 130 February 4: 199 February 8: 275

I have also been spotting for the past 13 days, which started at the same time that my period would have began. I had slight cramping for the first five days. My temperature remains elevated, and although my HCG levels are rising, I suspect that they are too low. My symptoms of bloating and breast tenderness went away this morning.

I realize that these HCG levels are not doubling which is not good, but my questions is how low are they? What is the likelihood that I am going to miscarry?

It is not knowing that is just killing me. I'm eager for answers, so your perspective is most appreciated.
