I'm 6w0d since LMP today (4w0d since ovulation). I know the timing is correct, because my cycle was monitored.

Today the u/s tech saw a yolk sac and gestational sac in my uterus. She seemed to think it was too early to see anything else, though my understanding was that the heartbeat should be visible. (I'm having early u/s due to a history of ectopic pg.)

My betas were 117 (14dpo), 409 (17dpo), 1018 (19dpo), 2914(21dpo), and 27,689 (today, 28dpo). Today my p4 was 116.6 (on supplements) and my estrogen was 161.

Can I relax about the heartbeat, or is not seeing it today an indication that the pregnancy is failing?
