I have been trying for a baby for 19 months now. Every month before this one I thought I was pregnant. I could have sworn I felt the symptoms. This month was a rest period between IUI cycles, I was to come in for my next cucle when my period arrived, but it never arrived! I am now 7 weeks pregnant. My symptoms did not kick in until exactly 6 weeks. The HPT test was positive a couple of days after I missed my period, but I trully did not believe it because of the lack of symptoms. So, this being my second pregnancy, I think it would be pretty rare for someone to TRULLY feel symptoms as early as implantation.

Good luck!
