My Doc's answer to my question seemed inconclusive so ... Clindamycin gel works wonders for my acne, have been on it for years, but gave it up as soon as started ttc. My acne has come back with a vengeance - is it safe right now and subsequently when pregnant. If not, what would be *absolutely* safe ? Thanks!!
