I know this is not a place for emergency questions. I do have a call in to my doctor and I am waiting for a call back. I am 36 weeks pregnant and I just tripped and fell directly on my stomach. I know the baby is well insulated but can this fall cause the placenta to become detached, or torn? If so, would I bleed or have signs of this?
