Sometimes lately i have been getting pains in the vaginal area. Sometimes they can be quite sharp. I just had my 20 week u/s yesterday, and the vaginal u/s showed a long and closed cervix.

What could this be from? Anything to do with the bladder? Is this a common complaint?
