I posted this question before because I"m Rh- and have had a couple of chemical pregnacies. The doctor said that prior to a blood supply being established, it is not really a concern. That being said, I would still do what you did to be safe (in case you don't know the exact age of pregnancy), but I also wouldn't worry terribly if you "missed' a very early miscarriage. I know I"ve had a couple very early on, and yet the RH issue has never been a factor in any of my 3 healthy pregnancies, and since any doctor you have will know your RH status, it will be something that is looked at and monitored very closely.
