When I have lower center abdominal pain when I have my period or ovulation pain, it is always accompanied by a lower back pain (the area just above my butt and below the waist). Actually it's not really painful but just a feeling of muscle pain like when you are very tired. I want to know whether this kind of muscle pain is related to the menstrual pain or not and whether this is caused by a low estrogen level. Should this be a concern for me since I'm trying to conceive? I didn't have this kind of pain before even when I was having my period. How can I correct this situation? Thanks a lot for your reply!
