I have always had regular menstrual cycles. I should be getting my period late next week but today I have moderate cramps and a light to medium flow of brown/red spotting. Did I get my period early or could it be that I am haveing what they call implantation bleeding? How can you tell? If you have the answer it would be appriciated!
