In women who religiously record their menses as they happen(IOW, know exactly when their last menstrual period was) Only 85% will be accurate as a due date. This is because 15% of women who get pregnant will either have a period the first month they are pregnant or will skip a period the month before they get pregnant. US at less than 12 weeks is accurate to plus or minus 5-10 days depending on how much less than 12 weeks it is done. Most accurate around 7-9 weeks.
