Depends on many things including how long it took from the time the specimen was collected until it was plated in the lab. Also probably wasn't truly a UTI. If no symptoms, it would be asymptomatic bacteriuria which is just bacteria in the urine which is not causing an infection. If this is present in early pregnancy, Pyelonephritis(Kidney infection) near term is increased.
