Yesterday, I was on cycle day 15 and experienced a sharp, stabbing pain inside, near what I suspect is my cervix. Shortly after when I went to the restroom I found I had spotted and passed a brownish glob of cm(?). I spotted only the one time and not since. I do not usually experience mid-cycle bleeding and Im not sure at this point when/if I ovulate. This is my first month of charting. Could this pain/bleeding been from ovulation or more likely from implantation?
