Listeria and 'meat lover's' pizza??

Sorry to start the whole listeria thing up again, but . . .

I'm 33w and, due to lack of thinking and an uncontrollable urge, ate an unconscionable amount of "meat lover's" pizza this afternoon. It had bacon, sausage, ham, and pepperoni on it. It was cooked, of course, but I wouldn't exactly consider it steaming.

Apart than the salt/fat/nitrates contents of this meal, do I have to worry about listeria, too? Please tell me no.

Thanks,
