Early miscarriage - when may I expect to ovulate?

I know it differs, but with an hcg of 27, when might I expect to ovulate again? I bled over the weekend, which is when I miscarried, and it was very early in my pregnancy (probably 4 weeks).

Also, an ultrasound showed no sac or baby in the uterus. I had 2 large follicles on both ovaries from taking Clomid. Will those get smaller on their own?
