My wife and I are VERY concerned. We got a 1/10 chance of DS. She is 30 years old and her LMP was 03/10/01. The test results show she has the same chances of giving birth to our baby with DS as a 49 year old woman. We had our hi definition u/s today and everything seemed ok, should we go for the amniocentesis? The AFP3 results were: AFP: 44.0 ng/mL 1.17 MoM uE3: 1.4 ng/mL 0.40 MoM hCG: 376.9 mIU/L 13.82 MoM

We are really desperate, please give us some advise,
