D/C baby aspirin

I am on baby aspirin, and the dr. said that it has to be stopped right at the start of the third trimester. He said that there really is no proof that it works anyway. I am on it due to 3 early m/c's, and am now at 20 weeks. I did not get diagnosed with any APA, etc.

But, I was wondering, if I have a clotting issue, wouldn't that cause a problem even later on like that?

Have you seen problems arise due to the discontinuation of aspirin in the third?

Should I atleast have a PTT done before stopping?

Thank you.
