I am 13 weeks pregnant and have been suffering from constant sinus headaches (used to have them before pregnancy and they are now worse). I am taking regular tylenol sinus non drowsy during the day,but if i take this at night it keeps me up tossing and turning.I saw a commercial for a tylenol nightime sinus medicine that looks like it will help you sleep.Is this safe while pregnant or is their some kind of alcohol or sleeping aid in it? Thanks
