Amniocentesis - Another question

Hi again, I 've got two more questions:

1) I heard that the amnio test can lead to pre-term labor. Is it true? 2) My result for triple marker test is 1:130 while the normal range should be 1:400. Should I be concerned about it?

Thanks in advance. Regards, meg
