Not a dumb question in my opinion. Unfortunately, although this is my second pregnancy, I can't answer your question. I did not have BH with my first but I am very curious to hear the answer as I have been having similar pains. Like sharp period cramps but only on one side or the other. I'll be looking for the answer...
