In response to Macrobid being Category D in the third trimester, can you tel me the more common antibiotics used safely in the third trimester?

I realize it is based on what is susceptible to the organism, but can you tell me some of the popular safe ones in the third so I can check if it's susceptible to it??

Also, can you tell me Why Macrobid is Category D in the third?
