2 questions after vaginal delivery

First of all, I'm 2 1/2 weeks past a induced vaginal delivery. Everything went well and delivered a healthy baby w/ just a little tearing, which was repaired w/ stiches. Is it safe to start walking on a treadmill now? I feel perfectly normal now like before I was pg.

Second question..I'm breastfeeding and would like to start counting calories. I'm overweight and need to lose quite abit of pounds. How many calories and fat grams should I have a day while breastfeeding to lose weight? By the way, I have a wonderful milk supply and I don't want to harm that by cutting too many calories.

Thanks in advance and also thanks so much for answering my questions while pg. This was my 1st successful baby after having two miscarriages following the birth of my 1st child. The drs on this board have eased my mind many times during this stressful pg. Thank you all for volunteering your time to this board.

Many many thanks,
