Although I am not a Dr, I can give you some insight. This is my 4th preg, 3rd child. I am almost 20wks along now. With my first, and with this one, my nose has been driving me crazy! I can hardly breathe, and when I can breathe, my nose is running. The reasoning behind this is when you are preg. your blood flow increases, therefore swelling some of your vessels. Hence the bleeding nose/stuffy/runny nose. It is totally normal, and if you are suffering from a stuffy nose, I have found that SALINE nasal spray works. It is non medicated, and poses no harm to the baby.

I can also sympathize with the bladder problems. I am suffering through it as well. The combination of hormones, and the extra weight of your uterus, and baby is what is affecting you. I had alway heard that it tapers off in the 2nd tri but, unfortunately that is not true for all women since every pregnancy is different. I would make sure you mention it to your Dr. because you want to rule out infection. Do not hesistate to ask about it, infection can cause premature labor. More that likely, it is indeed the baby just sitting on your bladder, but better safe than sorry.

Hope I helped a little :)
