Ear Drops and Kenalog Spray and Hydrogen Peroxide

I currently use prescription ear drops (Neomycin and Polymyxin B Sulfates and Hydrocortisone Otic Suspension USP) for ear wax and Kenalog Spray (Triamcinolone Acetonide Topical Aerosol) on my scalp for psiorasis. Can I continue to use these while pregnant? They are classified as C class drugs and there's a Precaution note on my ear drops that says "Corticosteroids have been shown to be teratogenic in rabbits". I hate to give up the ear drops because I have a very narrow ear canal in which wax refuses to fall out. If I stop using them I can't hear! I can try using hydrogen peroxide instead....is that safe to use also in the ear while pregnant? The Kenalog spray keeps my light case of psiorasis in control. Thank you so much for your advise. Debbie
