ttc and maybe uti

I have taken a home screening test for uti tonight and it was negative. I have taken a home pregnancy test today and it was negative. But, I am just not feeling right. I have my yearly exam on Tuesday. If it is indeed uti, is this something that can wait until Tuesday or should I get checked out asap? The pregnancy test that I took was supposed to have a sensitivity of 25. My period isn't due to start until thursday, but I believe the test. Unless of course my period doesn't start. Anyway, if my period does start, I may not be over it by Tuesday. Wouldn't this skew results? Symptoms are: constant pain that sometimes spasms in lower pelvic region since 7-8 dpo. Leaking of urine (???). Low back ache. And I also had mid cycle spotting (which I have never, ever had) and I wonder now if it was actually blood in urine because I only noticed it when I wiped. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Also, if it is uti should my husband get treated, too? Could male UTI cause infertility? Thank you for your time and answers. Joy
