here is what Brigg's "Drugs in Pregnancy and Lactation" says:

Category C (benefit to mom must be wieghed against risks to baby)

in one study of 19 babies exposed during hte first trimester, 3 major birth defects were see (Only 1 was expected) -- 2 were cardiovascular defects.

The best thing to do is to have a consultation with a maternal-fetal medicine specialist BEFORE getting pregnant, to discuss medications and other issues
