I was just wondering if anyone else noticed this during their pregnancy and has an explanation for it. I'm 22 weeks and at the end of the day, about 7 p.m. on, I feel like my lower abdomen is heavy and bloated. My stomach seems to be poking out more and because of that my sides are stretched forward and I feel uncomfortable. When I sit or lay down the weight is lifted and I feel better. Is this simply because my muscles are tired at the end of the day, or because my bowels are full after dinner, etc.? Thoughts appreciated. Thanks.
