AT 36 weeks your baby is still considered premature. Stop taking the herbal stuff and let your body do what it's suppossed too...Your gonna feel pretty awful when your baby is born too early and ends up in NICU cause it's having breathing problems. Just as a side note.... I am 33 weeks and I have been having the same symptoms as you and I am 50 % effaced and 2 cm dilated...but my bun is NOWHERE near being cooked. So I know it sucks but just be patient , your baby will come when IT'S ready! ( Not trying to be mean or hurt your feelings, but you do want a healthy baby I am sure! :) ) Good Luck Wishing you a happy healthy baby!
