22 weeks and still no movement!From: Kelli (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 16 Jan 2002 13:54:26 -0600 (CST)
I'm 22 weeks and I still cannot discern any movement. I lay on my back, quietly each night, with my hands on my stomach, trying to feel something. The only thing I can feel is my own pulse in my stomach. I do get twinges sometimes that are kind of uncomfortable, like gas. But I get the impression that the first movements would not feel uncomfortable like these twinges. I was about 20 pounds overweight when i got pregnant, so that could be a factor. I am very worried, now, that there might be something wrong with the baby. (I have checked the heartbeat regularly with a doppler I rented.)
