I HAVE BEEN ON THE DEPO SHOT FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW AND I GO IN GET THE SHOT AND A MONTH LATER START SPOTTING ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE NEXT TWO MONTHS I'M TIRED OF IT AND I JUST WANT TO STOP BUT I'M AFRAID TO TAKE A PILL BECAUSE I AM VERY FORGETFUL ANY SUGGESTIONS ON AN ALTERNITIVE?
