I am 32 weeks pg with my 2nd child and for the past few days I have been experiencing a lot of bh contractions. I've even had more than 5 in an hour. However, they are not painful and since I did experience many bh contractions for about a month before finally having to be induced with my first child, I'm not that concerned. However, today I've noticed what appears to be chunks of my mucus plug. Is it possible that I could be dilating? My next appt. is on Thursday (4 days from now). Can I wait to mention these contractions to my doctor or does it sound like pre-term labor and I should call first thing tomorrow morning? Baby is still active and doesn't appear to be affected by the bh contractions. Thanks in advance, Jane
