Revision: Antibiotic taken beforeI knew I was pregnant

I took one 400mg Tequin for a urinary tract infection before I knew I was pregnant. After I took the one dose I called my OB/Gyn (he did not prescride the Tequin). I told him I had taken a home preg. test, which was negative, but my period was late (pregnancy was confirmed a couple weeks later). He switched me to Amoxicillin 500mg, which I started the day after I took the dose of Tequin. Do you think this is a problem for the baby.
