Vaginal culture

Should I ask what he tested for? Are there certain infections that I should make sure I was tested for as to make sure I don't end up with a 2nd trimester loss?

If I should, is doing an internal culture a problem in the second trimester? I certainly don't want to cause problems for nothing.
