A great number women will take medications, alcohol, smoke prior to realizing they are pregnant. The first 4 to 6 weeks of pregnancy there is an "all-or-nothing" phenomena, where either medication you have ingested with either wipeout of pregnancy, or will not affected at all. An ultrasound at six or seven weeks should be very clear on which direction this pregnancy is going.
