Hi there, it sounds like you may have had a chemical pregnancy (also known as a very early miscarriage). You may still feel some symptoms until all the pregnancy hormone is completely out of your body. To know for sure, you might want to request a blood pregnancy test. I had 2 early miscarriages last year at 5 weeks and am now pregnant for the 3rd time at 9 weeks. It's very common for women to experience an early loss like this. If it wasn't for very sensitive HPTs we wouldn't even know we were pregnant and would just assume a late period. Hope this helps some, Julie
