Am I peeing on myself while I'm laying down? How would you
>handle this? Thanks for your insight. I induce all women who have reached 41 weeks whether leaking or not. I induce all women with a question of ruptured(leaking) membranes who are at least 38 weeks. At 28 weeks with positive Nitrazine (Litmus)test and neg fern, I would not induce and probably would not admit to hospital. With Pos. Nitrazine and Fern at 28 weeks admission to hospital until delivery whenever that may be.
