37 weeks, pain in lower abdomen

The past couple of days I have noticed that when I get up from a sitting or laying down position I have pain in my lower abdomen, enough to take my breath away and scare the crap out of me for a minute. I find that I cannot stand up straight right away, I have to stand in one position and very very slowly bring myself to a full standing position.

Is this normal? I didn't have this with my first baby. I also feel VERY heavy there, despite gaining only 12 pounds this pregnancy. I feel like the baby could drop out at any time!!!

Also, the past couple of days my urine has been darker than normal, but I have not decreased my water in take at all. Could this be related?
