It is a little early for you to be having musculoskeletal issues in the chest from the pregnancy. The first thing I would suspect is gastritis. For this, you may want to try using some antacid when you have the discomfort and see if it helps. Certainly, if you are concerned, you should have the discomfort evaluated to assure that it is not cardiac in origin... Lynn
