You should look this up in the archives... There is a lot on the use of Unisom/B6. Just type in "Unisom". According to the doctors on this forum, it is o.k. to use during pregnancy (I think almost all medicines say this...the makers are afraid of lawsuits, etc.). You know, CYA. Believe me, the nausea will go away. Just think of it as a constant reminder that there is actually a human being made inside of you. It truly is amazing, isn't it?

Oh, as much as you might hate the thought of food right now, it's best to keep something in your stomach. I lived on NutriGrain bars (they were bland yet nutritious), especially around 4 a.m.
