cpd

After reading the archives, I was wondering how often in fact cpd occurs. Is it something one who is tiny should worry about, if the ob hasn't said anything by the 3rd trimester? Or do they usually wait until failure to progress in labor to tell you your pelvis is narrow - too narrow for the baby? Like I said, I'm pretty small..does a 5'3 110lb person have a chance of good luck here? My husband and I were both 6.5. I think my worries come from being adopted and not knowing about how I was delivered - if I could picture someone vaginally delivering ME, I could probably picture delivering my baby. But as it is, I can't. And hearing people's comments about my small frame don't help.
