I'm 19 weeks pregnant and have been having pretty bad sciatic pain through my bum while sleeping on my left and right sides. I wake up about 5-10 times per night with a strong pain in the cheek that's on top so I switch to the other side, only to wake up later with the other cheek hurting. I've put a pillow between my legs and one beneath the bottom cheek but nothing seems to help. Last night I slept in a reclining chair but that was uncomfortable as well. Does anyone have any helpful advice as to what might work? I don't see my ob for another month and I'm beginning to become tired during the day because of this problem. Advice appreciated. Thanks.
