Amniotic fluid levels?

I just had a biophysical profile done. The baby looks just fine. My fluid level, however, has dropped from 13 (on December 27) to 8 (December 31).

I go in again on Thursday for another profile.

My husband is rather concerned about the drop in the fluid level. He's called the OB to discuss it but has not gotten through yet. Do you think this is cause for concern?
