Heaviness/Fullmess in lower abdomen

I have a dull pain in my lower left abdomen. But the strange thing is that when I get up to walk or walk up stairs it feels like a fullness or heaviness.

I am pretty sure the baby is on the other side because that is where they put the doppler to hear the heartbeat.

But, it feel like, it is near the bikini line, but this sensation, when walking, goes down into the pelvic region. If I dikdn't know better, I'd say it feels like something could fall out.

Again, it is not pain, it is a heaviness or fullness.

Have you ever heard of this, and what does it sound like to you?
