I had a urine test that was completely negative for ALL bacteria, and yet i still asked for a cervical swab done to test for ureaplasma/mycoplasma, because that is the best way to culture for it and it came back positive for ureaplasma, the test was performed 1 week after the urine culture results came back perfect. Get tested via cervical swab for ureaplasma and mycoplasma. My doctor had never tested for it but respected my wishes and i am SO glad she did! ann
