My dr. did cultures at 9 weeks. He said that they were negative. What would he have tested for at that point? What is standard?

What types of bacterial infections should I be tested for?

I have had 3 m/c's, but I believe that I had a urine test which was negative for ureaplasma and mycoplasma back in February. Do I need to test again for it?

I am 15 weeks, and do not want another m/c or preterm labor aafter coming this far.

The only discharge that I have is clear and thin, and could be just leaked urine.
