Hi Marianne, I am not a MD, but I can give you some tips that I have used. Sour candy, like Lemon Heads helped me, and anything peppermint soothed my stomach. It's the tough time of your pregnancy, but right around the 12-13 wk mark, you should get a little relief. Just keep thinking about that little baby you are growing, it's so worth the discomfort. Also, I have heard SeaBands help. Since you are not throwing up, most Dr.'s won't prescribe anything. Maybe ask about B-12 too, I have heard this has helped some women.
