hum -- forgetfullness, hot flashes, menstrual irregularity, irritability, crying at the drop of a hat -- these can all be true in pregnancy and perimenopasue

at 45, if you haven't gotten pregnant in 3 - 6 months of trying you should begin a work up with either your gyn or a reproductive endocrinologist. You do not have time to waste
